このゲイ小説ベスト100はアメリカの"The Publishing Triangle"という団体がリストアップしたものです。（ニュースソースは Data Lounge です）
翻訳があるものについては知っている限り邦題と出版社を付け加えました。英題からの推測なので、間違い等があるかもしれません。追加訂正等をお知らせいただければありがたく思います。
リストの印象としては、１位がトーマス・マンの『ベニスに死す』というのは、正直意外に感じました。また地域的には英米作品が多いのは当然ですが、ペトロニウスからバルザック、三島、デニス・クーパーまで選ばれているのがユニークだと思います。ただやはり古典的傑作が多く選ばれていて、デヴィット・レーベットやクリストファー・デイヴィス等の若手はないようです。
個人的には僕の大好きなイーブリン・ウォーの『ブライズヘッド再び』やヘンリー・ジェイムズの作品がリストされているのはとても嬉しいですが、カーソン・マッカラーズについては『金色の目に光るもの』（講談社文庫）、バルザックについては『従兄ポンス』（藤原書店）もリストされて欲しかったな、と思います。
目標は翻訳がある全作品読破ですが、プルーストとロレンス・ダレルが難関ですね。もっと多くの作品が翻訳されれば、と思います。
